e often are asked why we go to the extra effort and cost to hand-select coffee beans. The reason is simple; better coffee beans equals better coffee. A human is able to identify those coffee beans that will meet with our stringent standards.

Take a look at the image above, it is easy to note the difference in size. The lesser sized coffee beans will always produce coffee that is lacking in flavor, sometimes severely.

The end result of selecting our beans by hand is incredible tasting coffee.
