rder and shipment confirmations If you place your order online, you'll instantly receive an order confirmation via email. Should you need to make any changes to the order at that time, please reply to that message and our team will make those changes. Or, if you have a saved profile on javaberry.com, you'll be able to look up and edit any orders that have not yet been sent to our fulfillment center with our "Manage Deliveries" section.

We send a shipment confirmation after your order has been shipped. Once this has been sent, it is too late to make any changes to the order.
